Suntiago

A commissioned illustration for a little boy named Santiago provided a delightful challenge. His mother described him as cheeky, affectionate, and fun-loving, traits that immediately brought to mind the playful nature of a dolphin. Inspired by this, I imagined Santiago like a dolphin happily swimming with his dolphin friends in the water. I brought this vision to life using watercolor pencils on paper, capturing the whimsical and vibrant spirit of his personality.

When I inquired whether the illustration had arrived safely, his mother responded with heartfelt emotion: "Yes, I have received your beautiful drawing. It made me cry. I am so touched by it… I love it!" This touching feedback reaffirmed the joy and connection I feel when creating bespoke illustrations for people.
